Meet your therapist
Greg got into massage therapy from a deeply personal place: a commitment to healing without relying on medication. An active practitioner of boxing, Muay Thai, and resistance training, he understands firsthand what the body needs to recover, grow, and move freely. He brings that knowledge to every session.
His style is grounded in four modalities: Thai massage (assisted stretching and acupressure along energy lines), deep tissue (sustained pressure for myofascial release and trigger points), shiatsu (Japanese finger pressure on meridian pathways), and lomi lomi (the Hawaiian temple style that uses long, flowing strokes to restore balance and ease). He weaves these together intuitively, always tailoring the session to you.
Reviewed by a physical therapist as having a strong grasp of anatomy and exceptional receptivity to feedback. Greg is the rare therapist who listens as well as he works.
